Suez Canal,

The blocked stretch has now been renamed to the "Leroy Jenkins Memorial Causeway".

There are really only two questions we need answers for and we can fix this: how much helium is in the strategic reserve, and how much helium would it take to reduce the buoyancy of the cargo ship to that of a plastic kayak.

End of AMP? Someone can only dream:

Enough giving so much control to google.

Literally not one month after moving off Google and the GMail app is down, while my email is still up. Insert comment about cloud reliability here. Couldn't be happier.

Oof! A project I've been working on for about a year at $DAYJOB got finally released as FLOSS:
gitlab.com/isnic/prober

The basic idea is:
1. get your DNS zone file
2. set up some rules for each host
3. deploy this to a small VM somewhere
4. check the generated test results every day to see if there are any surprisingly open ports, hosts that should not be up/pingable, or #TLS config that is less than great on some endpoints

I need to document it a bit better, yes.
